Privacy Policy

Information we collect
We may process your account username, password hash, plan, account status, redemption history, device identifier or fingerprint, session information, IP and security metadata, support messages, and technical logs. For Stripe purchases, we receive purchase identifiers, plan and amount information, payment status, and the email address entered at checkout. We do not receive or store your full card number.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, bind authorized devices, deliver purchases, send redemption and service emails, provide downloads, prevent fraud and account sharing, troubleshoot failures, enforce the Terms, and maintain the service.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the site, database, and server functions. Stripe processes payments. Resend delivers transactional email. Discord may be used for support. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies where applicable.
Retention
We keep account and purchase records while your account is active and as reasonably needed for security, fraud prevention, support, accounting, disputes, and legal obligations. Session and technical records may be retained for shorter operational periods. We may retain limited records after termination where necessary to prevent abuse or comply with law.
Security
We use access controls, hashed credentials, signed sessions, restricted server secrets, and encrypted network transport. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your password, redemption code, and device access, and report suspected compromise promptly.
Your choices
You may request information about, correction of, or deletion of personal information through Discord support. Some records may need to be retained for security, fraud prevention, transactions, or legal compliance. Rights vary by location.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 13. Do not purchase or use the service if you are under 13. Users who are minors must have permission from a parent or guardian.
Policy changes
We may update this Policy as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when changes are posted.
