Terms of Service

By purchasing, redeeming a code, creating an account, or using imagoodboy, you agree to these Terms.
Access and eligibility
You receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the service. You must provide accurate account information. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must approve your purchase and use.
Plans and delivery
Monthly access lasts for the period shown at checkout. Lifetime access means access for the supported life of the imagoodboy service, not the lifetime of any person or device. Stripe purchases are normally fulfilled by email with a one-time redemption code. You are responsible for using a valid email address and redeeming the code before its stated expiration.
Payments and refunds
Prices and plan details are shown before payment. Because access is a digital product delivered shortly after purchase, sales are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where we expressly agree otherwise. Contact Discord support first if a payment or delivery problem occurs.
Payment disputes
Fraudulent, knowingly false, or abusive payment disputes are prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived, including rights concerning unauthorized charges or genuine billing errors.
Account rules
Do not share, sell, transfer, lend, or sublicense your account, redemption code, launcher session, or device authorization. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must report suspected compromise promptly.
Protected software
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, extract, unobfuscate, scrape, copy, redistribute, republish, bypass security controls, or attempt to obtain source code, secrets, or protected implementation details, except to the limited extent applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, interfere with its infrastructure, attack or probe its authentication systems, evade account restrictions, impersonate another person, distribute malware, or use access in a way that harms other users or the service.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, account sharing, payment fraud, security risk, abuse, legal compliance, or protection of the service and its users. Action may be immediate and without advance notice where permitted by law. Termination does not create a refund right unless applicable law requires one.
Service changes and availability
Features, supported platforms, and availability may change. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service is provided as available, and updates may be required to continue using it.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We are not responsible for third-party services, game accounts, server actions, lost data, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the amount you paid for the affected plan.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service changes. Material updates will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
